  • Complete Structural Survey of building and surrounding area.
  • Confirm any boundary discrepancy between the Legal, Planning and Physical boundaries.
  • Confirm substantial compliance with Planning Permission & Building Regulations and report on same.
  • Report on the Insulation standards of the property and the benefits of any upgrades.
  • Digital moisture analysis of all structural elements (floor, external walls, internal walls, ceiling joists, roof rafters).
  • Confirm if there is a flooding history on site from the OPW national flood hazard database.
  • Confirm if foul connection / treatment system / septic tank is working in an adequate fashion.
