Once we showed Brendan what we wanted he took care of the building design, planning and all necessary work certification, leaving us with a very well built and energy efficient house. We were given a choice of precisely costed building designs with really good site design included, and the planning application, which he dealt with, was very straightforward as a result.
His effective communication made him easy to work with, and his solution-focused approach to any challenges arising made any ongoing decisions we had very simple, and he undertook all the communication with service suppliers.

BK Engineering undertook the design, planning application/permission drawings and all stages of certification (including BER) for my new house.
Thorough pre-planning meetings and pre-connection clarifications with Mayo County Council and Irish Water respectively lead to full. planning permission being granted within 3 months of starting out.
Throughout the development BK Eng were always one step ahead to ensure each phase followed on seamlessly. All queries were dealt with in prompt fashion either in person at the site, by phone or email.
