- Complete topographical survey of the site and surrounding area together with physical and legal boundary checks.
- Detailed design of proposed building. This will include the drafting of numerous design options and liaising with both the client and the local authority to achieve the optimum design solution. Each design option will be subject to a feasibility study and costing.
- Liaison with the planning section of Local County Council, this will commence prior to submission of the Planning Application to the Local Authority. Preparation of full set of general arrangement drawings, site and service drawings together with required location maps and all necessary documentation and specification. Submission of Planning Application to Local County Council. The clients will be continuously updated on the progress of the Planning Application.
